'Prachtige kamers, ruim en voor ons met extra bed. Airco in de kamer. Uitstekend ontbijt. Prachtig strand voor de deur. Mooi zwembad met bar op het dak. Er is tevens een handdoekservice in en uitchecken ging vlot. Eigenlijk geen minpunten!'

'Fantastic stay! We had a beautiful room (junior suite which I highly recommend since it’s just a little bit more money over a standard room. Breakfast was great! Very much to choose from and everything was fresh. Egg station could make you any egg you wanted. Pool is on of the biggest in Rio. Enough loungers aswell. Very kind staff. Nothing is too much! Be aware that the neighbourhood is not the cleanest or most touristic one. But it is safe. You can take a taxi/ Uber to any place very easily....

'The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'

'Very close to the bus terminal Rio Novo, so good location if you need to take the bus. Otherwise I would recommend to stay closer to the city centre. The room was modern and clean with all facilities present. From the airport we split a taxi with another couple that had to go further than us. We bargained about the price and we end up paying the same price as if we would have taken the bus (30 real). '

'Kan helaas niets bedenken wat ik uniek of goed vond aan het hotel. De receptionisten waren op 2 na erg onvriendelijk. Engels is ook een probleem bij de receptionisten. Hotel is erg smoezelig!'

'- ontzettend prijzig hotel (betaalden € 250/nacht voor kamer met ontbijt). Resortfees, extra charges,... komen er nog bij - omdat we er 8 nachten verbleven, kregen we enkele kortingen die ze meedeelden, maar op de rekening waren deze niet te vinden. Even aangehaald dus - enkele keren amenities vergeten aanvullen op de kamer - prachtige uitstraling van gebouw en kamers, maar nooit ruiten/spiegels zonder vettige vingers gezien (beneden in de lobby, in onze kamer,...). Zelden zagen we iemand de...

'Tijdens carnaval 4 nachten verbleven. Lekker zwembad met dakterras. Goed ontbijt. Centrale ligging . De straat zoals in hele centrum rio niet schoon en daklozen die er liggen te slapen. '
