'Overall I would say cleanliness was the most positive. They messaged 2 days in advance to tell us that they will meet us at the Vaporetto. They requested an ETA and asked that I message them once boarded on the water taxi which I did. After all that nobody was there. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone make their way over. I booked a place that had 2 beds; 1 queen and a sofa bed. The sofa upstairs in a loft. When I called them to ask them where to find the for the sofa bed I was met with...

'Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there.'

'Erg mooi 4ster hotel wanneer je houdt van design in een klassiek Venetië. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt en ruime goed uitgeruste kamers. Op Murano kom je tot rust na een dagje de drukte van Venetië'

'Perfect place to be to visit Murano/Venice'

'Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there.'

'Excellent'

'Great stay. Don’t eat at the recommended restaurants, but everything else was fantastic.'

'Great room and staff. I had a great time with my girlfriend in Venice. Room was greay with a perfect location.'

'Our stay at Palazzo Malipiero was simply amazing. We were so overwhelmed by the charm and history plus the 5+ star service from Enrica and Marco. They made sure all our needs were met plus a nice background history of the palace from Enrica, who did all the impeccable designing down to the last detail. Marco was very accommodating in reserving water taxi transportation when needed. I would highly recommend staying at this amazing palace and the location is perfect! Rich/Sandi-Philadelpia'

'I stayed here for the second time. Very large and clean room. Bed large and good. Separate bathroom also large and clean. No noise. Only the pillows quite hard to my taste. Breakfast satisfactory. Nice staff who respect your privacy. '

'Prima verblijf. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
