'Overall I would say cleanliness was the most positive. They messaged 2 days in advance to tell us that they will meet us at the Vaporetto. They requested an ETA and asked that I message them once boarded on the water taxi which I did. After all that nobody was there. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone make their way over. 'Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there.'

'Perfect place to be to visit Murano/Venice'

'I was offered a complementary breakfast, which was served in a very friendly way!'

'Ideal hotel with short distance to the Airport '

'Restaurant was closed. But nog a problem after having a final dinner in Venice'
