'We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us.
