'Mooie familiekamer voor gezin met twee kinderen voor nette prijs. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt! '

'Op rondreis in Engeland is dit ons eindpunt. Niet ver van de Tunnel of de Ferry, zodat je van hieruit uw vertrek prachtig kunt plannen. Het hotel voldoet aan de verwachtingen en de beschrijving. Enkel de Wifi is een zwak punt.'

'Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it.'

'Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues.'

'Great place. Would stay there again anytime!'

'Ok stay. Nothing special. Our room was at the back of the property opposite the kitchen fan outlet. Needless to say that’s not the best spot. Beds and room were ok for a night. Staff was mostly friendly with a few exceptions where they started talked between themselves in the middle of me ordering…then for me to repeat the order.'

'The moment you walked in the door, you were greeted with an excellent welcome. The room was fabulous, and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food and service , both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend.'

'location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...
