'Me and my husband loved the pool and the decor it was a wonderful experience. The sauna was amazing too. The fireplace was a nice touch to the bedroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they send a message to let you know that you can call them and ask for assistance with service or food. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the hot tub that the water was not staying in the tub it was going out as it was going in it never filled up.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more.'

'The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional.'

'Tijdens onze Roadtrip door de USA zijn we hier 2 nachten verbleven. Het hotel is echt toe aan een goede opknapbeurt. De lift piept en kraakt aan alle kanten. Verlichting knippert. Je hebt het gevoel dat elk ritje in de lift de laatste kan zijn. Zwembad heeft ook gebrek aan onderhoud er rondom heen. Veel slijtage in de kamer en ook niet heel schoon helaas. Bedden waren verder prima. Schoonmaak in de kamer tijdens verblijf is er niet, zelfs niet alleen verversing van handdoeken. Het personeel...
