'The food wasn’t that great and dinner took a bit longer than I thought to serve us but it was ok'

Breakfast was meh—the eggs were gritty and the sausage patties were overcooked. The staff were fine, but could have been more helpful. Indoor heated pool was the best part. '

'When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly.'

'We booked because of the hot tub on the site but when we arrived, the hot tub area was filled with flowers. Site needs to be updated!'

The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. '
