'The pool was clean and excellent, but there was a constant hum and drone likely related to cleaning and heating that be experienced through most of the house. The space was excellent in amount and distribution , but the furnishings were not quite up to the same level of quality. Beds are soft/not especially comfortable . The furniture for sitting was too low or too high and somewhat wobbly at outside counter. The shades were ineffective for keeping light out. Exceptionally clean with rare bug...

'The unit has great potential but needs some TLC. The walls and baseboards need a cleaning. The beds need support they are very very soft. The backyard had a bunch of old metal chairs that were leaning on the house kinda rusty and broken. Two of the chaise lounges also needed repair. The master closet had home repair items in it that shld be stored somewhere else. The house advertises as pet free but the couch was covered in pet hair and the yard had several piles of dog poop. 'House was amazing, just as described. The only small issue was i traveled with my pets and my mother and everyday someone came to the property unannounced. We made aware of one visit. On 3 other occasions men were in the yard unexpectedly. All were very nice'

'Nice host. Clean property with enough space to accommodate a family of four. Needs minor repairs such as blinds missing a piece of shutter and timer tissue holders not firmly tightened but no major issues.. '
