We opted to not upgrade to diamond club and noticed that getting a server to get you drinks was difficult. Loved the lazy river and water park features. Beach was beautiful and lots of fun activities all day and evening!'

'This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful.
