When you check in at this hotel, they expect you to check your room out to make sure it's acceptable. I did that and since I had to leave soon thereafter I didn't check everything out. I did notice that the balcony door on the third floor unit did not latch. I told them so on my way out. After dinner I returned to find that the AC did not work, the TV did not work and that the door had still not been fixed (after they told me they would fix it). They stated that I had the only key to the room and they could noit get in. Where in the world does a hotel only have one key pewr room?? I booked another hotel (for twice the amount of this one - well worth it), and checked out. I asked for reimbursement but they declined. At check out they informed me that it was MY responsibility to check out everything in the room before accepting it. I've traveled all over the world and NEVER has hotel management ever said anything like that. It's the hotel's responsibility to make sure that their rooms are FIT for business, NOT THE CLIENT'S! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.
