'We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. 'Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving.'

'The property looks nothing like the photos. The stove did not work. The one cup coffee maker was broken, there were no blinds on the living windows. There were dirty sheets left on a chair. There was no extra blankets the blins that did exist in in the kitchen and bedroom were broken. There was a brand new TV but in the box not connected or usable. There were no mirrors in the entire apartment except for a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom. The entire apartment needed cleaning...

'I enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. The space was well furnished and clean. It also had everything you would need for your stay. There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away.
