'Cozy little room in a beautiful setting overlooking the Upper Truckee river. The unit is small and in "like-new" condition, with a comfortable bed, but no room for a table or chair. There is outdoor seating and a hot tub. The owner, Aaron, was friendly and considerate and explained all the details about the rental unit and gave us helpful advice regarding places to eat. '

'It was easy to enter the private gated estate and guest house. Grounds were as beautiful as described. Accommodations were top quality and tastefully decorated. Very spacious 1 bedroom with lots of natural light. Beautiful view of the full moon from the back patio & modern hot tub. Would love to return! '

'This spot checked all my boxes. I was looking for a small, stylish place to stay for one night, without breaking the bank. The hosts put real thought into the furnishings and decor, while keeping it affordable. I loved the small size, cute kitchen, nice bathroom (with supplies), and streaming options. It was lovely and I will look for it again when we return to Tahoe. '
