« This was easily our worst stay here. We were told the room would be ready by 3:00, but we could not fully check in until around 3:50 because it had not been cleaned. Once inside, the TVs and HDMI ports did not work properly, one TV could not access the guide, and the Wi-Fi stopped working later that night. My boyfriend and I were hoping for a relaxing stay, but the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. »

« Very nice location. Walking distances to everything in mid-Town. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, welcoming. The room was up to the expected standard with all conveniences and practical. Parking is in a public place next to the hotel and charges $18 max for 24h. Staff told me to make sure not to get in and out in order to avoid being overcharged, and advised to park in the street if I intended to use my car during the day (much cheaper). « We had a suite of two rooms with one queen size bed and one sofa bed. The rooms was well maintained. Very spacious. The queen bed was excellent but the sofa bed, as expected, was springy. The Continental breakfast was better than average. I liked that they provided salsa which worked well with the sausages. There were pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds that went with oat meal. »
