'Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!'

'I enjoyed staying at this Apt. It was close to the beach where I spent a lot of time and very good value. The apt was clean and well kept. The only issue to note is that the curtain rod in the living room needs to be fixed. The middle support of that rod might rip off or fall down eventually with the opening and closing of the curtains. That said , the apartment was perfect for me. Thanks '
