Hotelresorts in Egypte

'We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel. My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new. Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants. They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus...

'Our stay was perfect. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The a la carte restaurant Mangal was the best highlight for our evenings. Thanks to chef Mohammed Ibrahim and all the staff there. All the other a la carte restaurants are bad, but staff is trying their best to make you enjoy your meals. 'Goede ligging. Prima service. Luxueus interieur. Taal (Engels) en verstaanbaarheid van deskpersoneel laat soms te wensen over. Wel vriendelijk.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was heel goed. Goede animator. 2 zwembaden bij het hotel. Diverse stranden op loopafstand. Ligt niet ver van het oude stadscentrum.'

'Het hotel voldoet aan alle verwachtingen.Het personeel, vooral het nieuwe gedeelte aan de andere kant van de straat, zijn bijzonder behulpzaam. Alleen de mensen van de Diveclub zijn erg onvriendelijk. Zorg vooral voor een kopie van het 'leasecontract' die je ondertekent wanneer je snorkelspullen leent. Daar staat namelijk op dat je elke dag de snorkelspullen voor 17.00 uur moet inleveren. Een kopie krijg je niet automatisch mee.Het personeel is niet altijd duidelijk over de inlevertijden en...

'The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit. The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. '

'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'
