"Bij inchecken mededeling dat we in ander hotel moeten verblijven (zelfde management) : Eco pyramid green hotel ipv The palace pyramids inn : personeel heel behulpzaam 2 kamers uitstekend ( 1met mooie view op pyramiden )-badkamer gemiddeld . Eten (diner+ ontbijt ) onder verwachtingen. Ontbijt op de foto 's ( beide hotels) was uitgebreid en eerder Westers ontbijt . Dit was niet het geval (en eerder Egyptisch ontbijt)."

"Un très bon accueil, l'hôtel se renouvelle et les chambres panoramique ont une vue directe, droit sur le sphinx et vous pourrez assister gratuitement au son et lumière sans le son de votre terrasse. Le point noir de cet hôtel est le petit restaurant au dernier étage ou le personnel des jeunes habillés comme des clochards sont ANTIPATHIQUES et insouciant du client. pour le petit déjeuner gratuit il faut payer 2 € ( 100 LE ). c'est fort dommage car nous aurions pu dîner tous les jours mais c'est vide a cause du personnel trop mal élevé. "

"We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Breakfast was a traditional Egyptian breakfast which was good, a lot of food and you can ask them for anything else you would like. The room itself was really nice, with a modern feel. Large balcony directly facing the pyramids and GEM. Note - keep your expectations in check when visiting Cairo. Almost every building in the entire city is run down or partially ruined, so finding a hotel like this was a great find. The hotel also seems like it is undergoing more upgrades which will make it even nicer I’m sure. "

"Het was een super gezellige familie hotel. Basant was een zeer vriendelijke receptioniste , ze was zeer behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach. Zaid was ook een super lieve jongen die ons hiel met alles. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Een aanraden!"
