'never understood why they cant put you in a room before check in time if you show up early'

'The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. 'We had an easy check in with the manager. She was very informative. Had problems with the TV but we were in the mountains. If you’re looking for a fancy area this isn’t it. I loved it. Old mining town. Room was clean . '

'Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet helemaal. Ik vind dit hotel aan de dure kant. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Continentaal ontbijt was redelijk. Met het personeel moet je geluk hebben. De dame die bij de incheck aanwezig was ('s avonds) was onvriendelijk en chagrijnig. Hierdoor voelden we ons onwelkom. De dame bij het uitchecken ('s ochtends) was juist heel vriendelijk. '

'My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. '
