« Our stay at Karl and Mandy’s couldn’t have been better! From the easy check-in to the incredible grounds, delicious breakfast and our nightly soak in our private hot tub, everything was top notch. We were even greeted by two does on our first morning! With a fifteen minute drive from the airport and another fifteen to downtown Victoria, the location is ideal. I definitely recommend these accommodations and would very much like to return the next time we visit Victoria! »

« The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. It was much bigger than it appeared in the pictures, with a very nice large living room with a sectional sofa and a nice dining table suitable for 4. The bathroom is across the large living room from the bedroom, which allowed me to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking my wife! Don’t laugh that’s a very positive thing. The neighborhood is nice and we were able to walk in the evening and felt completely safe. I found it...

No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. »

"Just excellent. Great location away from the construction project on the Inner Harbor. Only 20 minutes way walk from the centre. View of the harbor, Fisherman’s Wharf from our room were memorable. The quality of our room was up to the best we encountered on our 3 week Canadian trip. The service from the team were exceptional, particularly when we forgot something in our room after checkout."

"Hôtel charmant avec un accueil tardif, nous concernant mais avec le sourire. Le lendemain matin, l’hôtel vous met à disposition des boissons chaudes et des fruits car il ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. De même si vous voulez faire une séance de sport, l’hôtel a réalisé un accord avec une salle de sport à cinq minutes à pied de l’hôtel donc c’est parfait. La chambre était assez grande pour trois personnes, les produits proposés dans cette chambre étaient parfaits que ce soit le café ou les produits de douche. Emplacement de l’hôtel idéal pour se rendre au centre-ville à pied, en moins de 10 minutes . À recommander sans aucun problème."
