« My new husband and I stayed in the unit for our small Wedding Weekend in Richmond. The furnishings were quite nice, and we loved the Church Hill location near Chimborazo Park! « Really loved this place and wish I had time to stay longer. Very well put together and feel value for the price. Location is great and the neighborhood was very quiet at night, especially for being downtown. Host was very responsive. »

« Our little dog loved exploring and running around in the back yard! There were lots of places to eat that were within walking distance, and several parks nearby. There was a brief issue with the code to get in, but the host was immediately available and it was quickly resolved. The bed was also had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on! »

« The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...
