'Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. '

'They called me to cancel the morning of the stay and told me to contact Expedia. I didn't get a refund. They yelled at my colleague on the phone. Don't book here, book somewhere else, not worth it.'

'A gem for global travelers who enjoy unique stays in great neighborhoods! Welcoming and warm host. Fabulous location near Kohi and Mission Bay. Walk to best restaurants and beaches. Super clean, comfortable beds, cute apartment style accommodations. I liked the retro kitchen and vibe. Would stay here again!'
