'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens.
Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht.
Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten. Storend wanneer je zit te relaxen en genieten.

'We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty.
