'Beautiful spacious property. We truly enjoyed everything about it. The host is very welcoming and her communication is Top Tier. We go to Orlando 2 to 3 times out the year and we will definitely be booking again. The kids loved the game room and of course pool and jacuzzi: The pool maintenance guy was at the property cleaning the pool as we were checking out which lets me know the pool is being maintained. 10/10'

'The stupid thing about this reservation is this: I booked accommodation with VIP amenities, but ultimately didn't get what I paid for. When I asked Expedia questions, they referred me to the operator, and when you ask the operator questions, you're referred to Expedia. Meanwhile, I didn't notice anything or get upgraded to another room, and we're already leaving. So, compensation for the VIP would be appropriate!'
