Blokhutten in Devon

'I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

'We had the best week imaginable in this adorable shepherd's hut. The communication with the host was impeccable and they were friendly, helpful and efficient with every query. The hot tub is huge, as is the outside area for relaxing - the garden area is well shaded through the evening by trees and there is a field of beautiful cows for company. Bring logs etc for the tub, barbeque and log burner. It feels very private and isolated but it's relatively close to all the nearby amenities in...

'We had a lovely stay at Apple Blossom highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet in a remote location . The views were stunning and the location was quiet all we could hear were the birds . Our little dog enjoyed it too as she could roam around as it was all closed in . Looking forward to staying again in the near future . The flapjacks and fresh bread was a nice touch'

'Location ! Location ! Location ! Is what really makes this place special. Private, secluded and peaceful among beautiful country side with a pond nearby. We went in August. The beautiful weather made using the hot tub a real pleasure and the blackberries on the bushes nearby were ripe and juicy ! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family looking for a quiet get away from it all break for two.'
