'The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service'

'The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.'

'The place will surprise you!!! Is a cozy well decorated place. They have everything we need from the coffee to microwave, cute beautiful fridge to comfortable bed and clean linens. The owner stay in touch with us all the time offering help every step of the way. The place is located close to Cooperstown downtown and just off Route 20 close enough to everything you need. I will definitely stay again there and I recommend to everyone.'
