Sadly due to the age of the building we could here guests in other rooms, due to the squeaking floor boards in our room and other guests room, there was a point during the night we felt like guests where in our room when walking around upstairs. Other than this which obviously cannot be helped overall a lovely hotel. '

'A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.'
