'This is a beautiful property . Very spacious rooms . Very comfortable beds quite clean . The mini bar had complementary drinks but didn't know it till the next evening when we asked as we dint want to be charged any extra . "Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also very clean. The discount at the pub was a nice bonus; they have a nice selection of beers at good prices."
