'Bij aankomst toegewezen kamer geweigerd. Wij hadden een exclusive dubble room geboekt. De toegewezen kamer voldeed bij lange na niet aan luxe. Dr vriendelijke Chantal heeft toen andere kamer toegewezen die in ieder geval iets beter was. Handdoeken niet verschoond tijdens drie daags verblijf.'

'Bonne accueil. Magnifique chambre, spacieuse, classe, décorée avec goût, magnifique salle de bain avec une grande douche, grande terrasse. Belle vue sur les vignes. Au calme. En revanche le ménage n’a pas été correctement fait. Sol laissant à désirer (cheveux, saletés), ainsi qu’autour du lavabo. Petit déjeuner inclus, mais on nous présente un menu avec un ensemble de prestations payantes… Bol de fruits / céréales proposé et servi à table, en dose contingenté. 'Great value for money. Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. Lovely staff - especially Abo at the front desk! 😊'

'The rooms are not quite as well maintained, with drainage issues in the shower, and overall appearance not representative of what is advertised. People constantly move around outside the windows, so there's not a whole lot of privacy. The staff however were friendly and helpful, but communication over messages is ignored. '

'I reserved the place for 6 days but ended up staying only 2 nights. The noise level was unacceptable — loud music, guests talking loudly late at night, and other disruptive behavior. It felt very disrespectful. I raised my concerns with the host, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.'
