'Melani’s place is fantastic. It has a great swimming pool and a magnificent mountain view. The apartment has everything it needs. Very nice big bed and a very good bathroom and shower. The breakfast has everything you need. Make your own eggs the way you want them. The two big dogs are very sweet and relaxed and keep you save from the baboons :)'

'The rooms are not quite as well maintained, with drainage issues in the shower, and overall appearance not representative of what is advertised. People constantly move around outside the windows, so there's not a whole lot of privacy. The staff however were friendly and helpful, but communication over messages is ignored. '

'Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...
