'I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was immense and worth the money. The staff, especially the housekeeping crew were helpful and kind. The hotel was centrally located. Easily accessible to Sapporo station and was close to many things. I will return one day and will for sure stay at this place again!'
