'We are a couple and were making a road trip through several states and had booked a room for 2 nights. The room was so terrible tiny (have never seen this...) you could not even place the suitcases and there was absolutely no ventilation, window could not be opened. The bed was terribly small for 2 people to sleep. I did not sleep at all, having an awful next day. 'This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. Its ideally located in Virginia wine country and in proximity to the homes of three past presidents, all of which you can visit. If you feel like shopping or eating out,...

'5 siblings (sisters) stayed at the cabin. We could spread out all of our “belongings” 2 1/2 baths a plus in addition to the 3 bedrooms. The outside area could use some sprucing up.i.e. Cabins need to be restained, not enough parking for company. Vegetation around cabins should probably be eliminated. 'The property was beautiful and Trevor is an excellent host. Everything was very clean and with clear instruction. We came during a heavy snow and were able to enjoy a winter wonderland retreat -Trevor even assisted us getting in and out with our small vehicle. The snowy woods, along with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna and pizza oven made for a beautiful and memorable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wishes to enjoy a splendid tiny home getaway. '
