'友人宅が近所なので息子と2人で利用しました。3部屋ですが2段ベットがあるのでリビングのソファーを利用すれは10名位は泊まれそうで私達には広すぎました笑。 大人数の宿泊ならコスパがいいと思います。 ビーチは徒歩１分、逗子駅も徒歩10分位で立地は良いのに住宅街なので静かです。 残念な点はお風呂の脱衣場のアコーデオンカーテンがきちんと閉まらず開いてしまうので困ったのと家の前の道幅が狭くて大型車は注意が必要です。'

'Family friendly and quiet, 8 minutes walk to the station and close to Nakano city station. Host was able to communicate in English and made our stay comfortable..'

'Easy access to the train station and town. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming. We had our privacy upstairs with a lounge, balcony,2 bedrooms, toilet and sink. Downstairs we shared the bathroom and kitchen with the host and their family. Plus use of the washing machine.'

'We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. '

' Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

The host had awesome recommendations for places very near the house and it's a short walk from Higashi Nagasaki station on Seibo Line. It's fantastic! We wanted to cancel our Kyoto trip to stay longer! '

'車の進入路が狭いので、人が多い時間帯に車を出し入れすると少し苦労をしますが、無料の駐車スペースがあるのは、観光地ではありがたいですね。 食材等の買い物は、店舗が島の外になるので徒歩で往復すると30分くらいは必要です。宿泊時に、できるだけ準備をしておいた方が良いかと思います。 部屋は清潔ですし、清掃も行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。'
