'オーナーの人柄の良さ最高でした！！'

'Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel'

'清潔で対応も良い。座布団があればもっと良かったと感じました。'

'The building is a little on the older side but the convenience makes up for it. They cleaned the room every day. The staff was always respectful and kind. There’s a free laundry area on site. There’s a 7-11 right across the street and literally down the street from the base. You can walk to the train and the mall in 10-20 min.'

'The staff was super friendly and the vibe was very personal perfect location next to beach'

'Top locatie, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Goede service en schone kamers'

'Perfectly located, cosy bedroom, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.'

'wonderful room and helpful staff!'

'水のペットボトルが無かったが冷蔵庫はよく冷えるので良かった。'

'J'ai séjourné au plat hostel durant 3 nuits afin de pouvoir découvrir Kamakura et Enoshima. Le logement est très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare. La chambre est petite mais bien agencée et le personnel est très accueillant. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir au plat hostel si je reviens à Kamakura.'

'The staff were so friendly and cheerful, very helpful too. Beautiful room and the free use of the spa is amazing. Cave pool, onsen, sauna, outdoor pool right next to the ocean. It’s amazing. Also the cave pool has a little cafe right next to it. Onsen has 3 types, elevated temperature, finely carbonated and regular plus a cold plunge. It’s heavenly.'

'It was good you can take ONSEN bath any time, whereas other hotels limit the time frame. When you travel in Japan you may wake up in the middle of night due to jetlag, and it helps if you take a bath/onsen.'

'1. Our AC was broken. Instead of changing our room, they give us a fan. 2. There’s no elevator to the ground floor. We have to take our big luggage on the escalator.'

'It's an absolutely beautiful historic Japanese home in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It's a great way to escape the business of the bigger cities for a couple days. Check in was easy and friendly. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away and they have a Family Mart about a 5-10 minute walk away. The beach is also only a 10-15 walk away so this is a very conveniently located hotel. It is a traditional Japanese home though so don't expect comfy king size beds, tvs, couches or much...
