'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'Het hotel ligt op een geweldige plek. In het midden van buzzling Shinjuku. Het hotel zelf ben ik iets minder enthousiast over. Het ligt op 3F (2e verdieping). De bereikbaarheid laat de wensen over. Je moet met de lift. De roltrap werkt maar 1 kant uit en er is geen vrij toegankelijke trap. De kamers zijn klein en efficient ingericht, maar wel wat gedateerd en het tapijt is wat smoezelig.'
