'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'こちらの事前確認不足でもありますが、夕方の時間帯は周辺道路の混雑がかなり激しく、移動に苦労しました。 駐車場も先着順で、満車の場合は近隣の提携駐車場へ案内されますが、一度入った駐車場から再度出て入り直す必要があり、渋滞も重なってかなり大変でした。 車で訪れる場合は、時間帯や駐車場の利用方法を事前に確認しておくことをおすすめします。 中華街がホテルからすぐなので、利便性はとても良かったです。'

'室内にある掲示物のアクリルスタンドに埃がびっしりかかっており、たまたまアクリルスタンドを持ち上げた瞬間落ちてきました。ティッシュの箱も底が壊れており、持ち上げた拍子に中身が全て落ちてしまいました。私が壊したわけではないのに不快でした。'
