« We arrived early so had a drink in the bar, check in was at 4 but they started to let people check in at 15:40, it was smooth and there were no issues, the lady was friendly and very helpful. As we got to the lodge the main entrance was covered in bird poo, that had definitely been left there a while, we did notice 3 nest right above the door which could not be help but it was obvious there had been no attempt to clean the poo, we went back to reception and showed them photos to which we were...

« The lodge was very well equipped with kitchen items. Only thing that will let it down. Could’ve done with the bit of a clean, dust specially, when you have asthma, and the dust doesn’t help.But very quiet location and lovely. »

« Where do I start the lodge was immaculate and was exactly what I was after, it was perfect had everything you could need/think of, the host was lovely and really helpful upon arrival and the location was quiet and beautiful with the surrounding lakes and the landscapes can not recommend enough and more than worth the money will 100 percent be staying with them again. »

« Keswick Reach was a lovely place to stay and very secluded... too secluded for us. Our car broke down on day 3 of a 5 day stay. We were left solely dependent on what little food we had, what the shop sold and what the restaurant served. We found the shop lacked items like bacon, sausages, bread, etc but had a lot of sweets and crisps. It is far from other shops so we expected more. My dad can't have cheese as it sets his heart out of rhythm, so he could only have garlic bread when it was pizza...
