'Everything was exceptional even the recommendations that were given to us. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all for my wife and I. But otherwise homemade breakfast daily was delicious. The staff was friendly and very hospitable.'

'The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean.'

'the pool is small- not really any activities can be done in this. staff had told my child no to getting any breakfast during breakfast hours, telling her to get some from the rest of her family. can't have eggs, an apple, a juice for each registered guest? informed we needed extra towels for our room didn't get extra so not everyone got a towel to dry off with after showers. toilet in our room had some issues flushing. it kept acting clogged before finally going down before spilling over.'

'Advertised as a hot breakfast and there was not any they’re so-called vendor never showed up with any eggs or sausage! If I was a hotel manager, I would’ve at least gone next-door to the waffle House and had them prepare some eggs for my customers. The bed sounded like it had a tin can underneath it that crinkle time you got them out of it. All in all it was OK it was not expensive.'

'When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.'

'It was nice, but could really use some modern updates to the doors and bathrooms. Our sink faucet sprayed everywhere when using it and the shower had a huge shower head but not water pressure. The side entrance door said it was locked and to use your key, but was just unlocked'

'I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved!...

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het motel ervoor belemmert voor een deel het uitzicht op de lookoutmountain aan de voorkant maar is toch te zien vanuit motel. Ik heb lekker gezwommen in t zwembad dat redelijk van grootte is. De bezienswaardigheden van Chattanooga, zoals Ruby Falls en Rock City zijn heel dichtbij Kortom best wel een aanrader.'

'The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!'

'We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location it’s right in the center of everything, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!'

'Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go.'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'
