'Great rooms with all the perks you’d expect; TV, fireplace, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave. Left us a bottle of wine to greet us. Included breakfast was homemade and awesome. Lookout Mountain is about 15 minutes up the mountain from great shopping and restaurants in the Chip Choo district of Chattanooga. Really enjoyed it. '

'Room was clean, they had food/water bowls for my pet, the location was perfectly in walking distance between the aquarium and the art museum, loved being able to use the bikes for a bike ride across the bridge.'

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just...
