'The breakfast was great, staff was nice and helpful, room was homey and cute. You can definitely hear people in the other rooms which sucks when they’re obnoxious but the room comes with a sound machine which was helpful and everything about the property was comfortable and calm.'

'I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. '

'Parking was good. The room is very close the highway but that was advertised fairly on the website. Everything in the room was clean and worked properly. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is well taken care of I can’t recommend here enough. It’s perfect for a weekend trip exploring lookout mountain and close enough to Chattanooga to get some good food in between.'

'New, nice, clean. Beautiful (but small) outdoor pool with superb view and indoor pool. Restaurants and brand new Walmart nearby. Good breakfast.'

As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. '

'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. 'The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again '
