'The breakfast was great, staff was nice and helpful, room was homey and cute. You can definitely hear people in the other rooms which sucks when they’re obnoxious but the room comes with a sound machine which was helpful and everything about the property was comfortable and calm.'

'New, nice, clean. Beautiful (but small) outdoor pool with superb view and indoor pool. Restaurants and brand new Walmart nearby. Good breakfast.'

'The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again '

'Parking was good. The room is very close the highway but that was advertised fairly on the website. Everything in the room was clean and worked properly. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is well taken care of I can’t recommend here enough. It’s perfect for a weekend trip exploring lookout mountain and close enough to Chattanooga to get some good food in between.'

'I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. '

'Front desk associate was very nice. But, didn’t stay because as soon as parked the car we were approached by a guy asking for money assuring us it wasn’t for drugs…. Sketchy part of town. Did not feel it was a safe area.'

'-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley...

'Super cool and great staff '

'The carpeting throughout the building was old and needed vacuuming (at the least). The room was dirty… some sort of white powder in a corner … dust all over. The lights were not very good and one bedside wall sconce didn’t work, even after putting in a new bulb. The bathroom should be gutted. It’s a nah at this location. I have stayed at several midlevel hotels (including other Clarions) a this was the worst. This even ranked toward the bottom of budget hotels/motels I’ve stayed at. '

'The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. '

'I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. '
