« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« This hotel is very nice and seemed newly renovated. The room we stayed in was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I do think the shower was a little small but it served our purpose. Overall this was a quaint property that I would definitely stay in again. I really liked the vintage mini fridge and microwave that added to the decor. There is a covered area behind the property with some tables and a fire pit area. « The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

« While the staff was friendly and the room was clean, the location by the highway and the doors located on the outside of the building was very unsettling. We actually left after an hour and didn’t return. We got another hotel where we felt safe. »
