« Everything was exceptional even the recommendations that were given to us. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all for my wife and I. But otherwise homemade breakfast daily was delicious. The staff was friendly and very hospitable. »

« the pool is small- not really any activities can be done in this. staff had told my child no to getting any breakfast during breakfast hours, telling her to get some from the rest of her family. can't have eggs, an apple, a juice for each registered guest? informed we needed extra towels for our room didn't get extra so not everyone got a towel to dry off with after showers. toilet in our room had some issues flushing. it kept acting clogged before finally going down before spilling over. »

« It was awful. Booked and paid for room, drove 12 hours straight just be told there were no rooms available. Despite there only being 4 cars in the parking lot. A gruff and rough employee came down to the after hours door then did not answer the calls from helpful Expedia reps. From what I could tell the lobby was not in the best condition and I’m actually happy my husband and I were relocated to a different hotel. I would not attempt to stay at this one again, no matter how low the price could...

« Hot, Musty and the elevator didnt work. Rooms are nasty, found a crack pipe and foil under the mattress. Thankfuly we decided to check the room out before bringing up our stuff, went to a different hotel. We informed the guy at the front desk and he offered us another room and we.said no way. But from the looks of some of the other people staying there I am not surprised. I understand this can happen anywhere, but had you been there you would understans this is a place where there is a lot...

« If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise. »

« The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!! »
