« La chambre ne ressemblait pas à celle sur les photos, plancher flottant qui relevait à plusieurs endroit. Jour d’environ 1 pouce en dessous de la porte. Assez bruyant la nuit. Je n’y retournerai pas. »

Le petit déjeuner était très bien comparativement à d'autres hôtels de la région. L'accès à Chicago Downtown est facile par la proximité du métro. Je recommande »

« i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top! »

« During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...
