Motels à Côté Sud-Ouest

« When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails...

« Très mauvais service. Aucun préposé à la réception pendant plus de 15 minutes; on était 6 clients à attendre un commis et lorsqu’il est arrivé, on aurait dit qu’on était tous en train de le déranger. »

« I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily...

« La chambre est spacieuse. Nous étions 3 adultes. La chambre était située à l'arrière donc pas trop de bruit. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas bien par contre. Le petit déjeuner était très bien comparativement à d'autres hôtels de la région. L'accès à Chicago Downtown est facile par la proximité du métro. Je recommande »
