'I purchased an upgraded room and was given a basic. I tried to resolve with the front desk, and after overhearing the more senior person tell the junior person “yeah he booked a corner but we don’t have one for him” the senior person chose to tell me that I was mistaken and that I got the room I booked. Expedia attempted to resolve but the front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone for them for about thirty minutes. So Expedia ultimately refunded me some money to make it right. Beyond that it was...
