'Everything about this place is fantastic. You are pampered from day one. I loved the personal attention at breakfast and happy hour. It's convenient to everything, including the beach within 10 minutes walking. I loved my stay here and will definitely return.'

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'The front staff, I think the owner was friendly. The location was good; walking distance to the ferry. The bathroom was tiny. We needed a place to relax. They had laminate wood floors in our suite. The stairs were narrow and pool towels were missing. Staff around the facility didn’t speak English and weren’t too helpful. The parking is slim, reserve if early.'

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'Location is good. This is a two star hotel. Mold in shower. Dirty stained carpet. AC didn't work. Umbrella by pool side broke almost hitting someone. Breakfast area full of bird poop. Not enough parking at night so you drive around looking for street parking. $40/day resort fee is a joke - there is no resort.'
