'Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. '

'This is your home away from home in San Diego. More than enough room for one person. Everything in the space was awesome. Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge are great for health and outdoor enthusiasts.'

'Exactly as advertised. Door to bathroom being shutters was an interesting decision but apart from that it was clean and in good condition and generally a good place to stay. Great location, close to a row of restaurants and can see the taxiways for San Diego international.'

'The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.'

'Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. '

'Perfect for a couple's weekend getaway for Ocean Beach and Dog Beach, with plenty of walkable food options nearby. Parking in this area can prove to be difficult, so having a garage available is an extra bonus. Mark is also extremely fast in responding to messages and was a lovely host. Two thumbs up!'

'Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. Things out of their control: light was left on in a locked closet by the cleaning staff that took a while to get figured out late at...

'Place was perfect for a weekend stay for myself and a few friends. Amenities were as advertised. Would definitely stay again in the area. '

'Overall the stay was excellent. You can hear walking around from upstairs but it wasn’t bad or distracting. The stove top needed a better cleaning but other than that the place was really clean. We do recommend this place and would stay again.'
