« Stayed with my partner whilst travelling around Cornwall and have to say, this place is a little Gem! It’s absolutely spotless inside, not a mark on anything which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the places we’ve stayed! « We stayed in the Helyk lodge and it was beautiful, we walked through the door and I was blown away with how spacious the place felt. Everything we needed when we arrived, tea, milk and biscuits in a gorgeous welcom pack. The whole place was spotless and the shower was amazing. « The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. »

« An amazing hidden Gem. if you want quirky glamping, this is the place for you. Lizzie and Mike are fantastic hosts, made us feel more than welcome. They went above amd beyond. The railway sleeper had everything we needed, kitted out kitchen, communal wash and showers. If you want a peaceful break and dont mind sharing your outside space with Cockerell and beautiful bantams, I would highly recommend. Local village has everything you need and is a 1.5 mile walk. »

« Just wow. This place is beautiful, it's so well equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Gorgeous welcome package of scones, cream and jam and THE most delicious bread. They even painted me a beautiful stone whoch I love. The hut was decorated with banners for my birthday which made me smile so much. The hot tub is quality and we spent hours in there. We will definitely be going back, one last thing, the hosts were really lovely people and very thoughtful. Thank you so very mych. »

« A wonderful cottage with the sweetest hosts. We picked the Duckpool lodge after reading several reviews on overall cleanliness and they were right. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the area but the convenience of many beaches and attractions not far away. I highly recommend visiting Tintagel and/or Boscatle for an active day out. Well worth the drive. »

"C’est un établissement à éviter à tout pris. Je laisse peu de commentaires mais il est dans un état déplorable. Il y a des fuites , des moisissures, les sols sont sales , rien n’est entretenu correctement ! La chambres était presque inaccessible avec les valises à cause de la pente des escaliers, bien sûr l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Arrivé à la chambres la porte était dans un état pitoyable les sols du couloir très sales, la salle de bains le toilettes pas nettoyé avec des « cadeaux dedans », les lits fait aléatoirement, les meubles d’autre temps. Nous avons vu la chambre sans avoir monté les bagages. Nous avons bien fait . Nous avons refusé de dormir à l’hôtel. Nous avons cherché un autre hôtel du coup. Remboursé ou pas de la nuit nous ne voulions et pouvions pas y dormir. Bon courage pour ceux qui y séjourneront !"
