« La 1ere nuit s’est tres bien passée, le restaurant très bien, nous avions prévu de rester une seule nuit, finalement nous en avons pris une 2ème pour explorer un peu plus les environs. Le personnel très agréable, rien à redire. La terrasse en été doit être top ! »

« We were in room 8 which is a large room with 2 very comfortable chairs and a settee. The bathroom was also large and very clean. The room is north facing with a large window which you can open which meant that it was very cool during the recent hot weather; there was also a tower fan as the building has no air conditioning. It is at the back of the building so there is no noise from the road. Breakfast was good and the staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended. »

« It was only a one night visit (we were going to Longborough opera) and we did not eat or even breakfast there. So I can comment only on the room, which was fine with everything that you you would want, and the host who was very welcoming and solicitous. The Victoria cafe, close by, is excellent for breakfast. »

« Stayed in the Moon Gazer gypsy caravan. It has ‘lived’ but is cute, quirky and the bed/bedding was lovely. Quiet and private with a bird song orchestra we had lovely weekend drinking locally brewed ale/cider and listening to local ‘turn up and play’ folk musicians. Superb weekend all round. »

« Beau au premier abord, mais dans le détail ce n'est pas terrible. Le ménage complètement laisse à désirer, le mur et le plafond au dessus du lit est couvert de poussière avec des toiles qui pendent. Il n'y a pas de boîte de mouchoirs, pas de frigo, une toute petite étagère dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser les valises. Le lit est inconfortable, il faut trouver une place entre les ressorts ! « Séjour pour une étape de randonnée sur les sentiers de la Thamise. Très bon hôtel avec un excellent pub et restaurant, très bien situé dans Cirencester. Notre chambre était située au dessus du pub et il y avait trop de bruits malheureusement même un soir de semaine jusqu'à très tard. Pas très reposant au final... Mais très bonnes prestations par ailleurs. »
