'Erg mooi hotel, met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Met name het oog voor detail viel op. Diverse snacks op de kamer, Hot chocolate wanneer in een thermoskan bij terug komst na een dag in the cotswolds. Honesty bar. Een heerlijke lounge. De bedden waren zo comfortabel dat we twee keer het ontbijt gemist hebben. Enig puntje, het was wel warm op de kamer.'

'We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also. Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins.'

'The best part was the personal attention of the owners. This rooms are recently renovated stone farm buildings and are comfortable, attractive and quiet. This is a working farm a short distance from Stow. This was a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds by car. The English Breakfast was excellent and despite the rural location it was quick and easy to drive to Stow for a pub meal. "Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas "
