'Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us.'

'Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. 'Good location, clean, quiet with good sized room with double queens for us. Pool is nice, decent size with partly covered area for shade, heated too i believe. Not many people were using and very kid friendly with being only 3.6 feet deep. Lots of nice sculptures on property. Would stay again.'
