'I booked this thinking it would be a smooth transaction. 1. There was no parking and no parking was burred under a whole lot of bla bla bla. 2. I was not told that I need to check in online 24 hr before. I had to send my driver license and my picture as a criminal in order to check in. 3. 'There was very little loud construction outside the window as well as in the building before 8:30 am. The place was cute and relatively clean. Owners gave us a discount for the noise'
